Due to last years‘ experience with lead-free soldering and the problem-free use of drag soldering, many customers are committed to this proved soldering systems. That’s the reason why Zevatron Löttechnik in Volkmarsen, Germany, decided to reissue a drag soldering machine. The advantages of drag soldering are short warm-up time, easy adjustable parameters, no wear parts in the solder bath means low interference, no flow in the solder bath means lowest oxidation, optimal results due to 7 ° in and out angle, low solder capacity, optional automatic return transport (GB-operation) and maximum PCB-dimension 210 x 250 mm. The rate of production ranges from 0,5 to 4 m/sec and a solid machine table is available. For decades, the technique of drag soldering has been proved itself all over the world. Even today it is very popular and used at productions in the USA and in the Far East. The company is convinced to offer a robust and reliable solution for small and medium series of THT printed circuit boards. The relatively low acquisition and operational costs for the TSM 210 are particularly attractive.
