Coating carriers and frames offer important advantages within the conformal coating process regarding handling, process reliability and output but they also require a very extensive cleaning afterwards.
With the Elpespec cleaning agent R 5888, from Lackwerke Peters GmbH & Co. KG, the cleaning process can now be done in a most efficient and safe way. The high-effective cleaner dissolves and removes all usual conformal coatings rapidly and efficiently from product carriers, tools and fixations. It is particularly suitable for dipping processes in an ultrasonic bath; selective application with mechanical support or spray processes are also possible. The material of the product carriers will not be attacked even under longer residence times. Thus, contaminated carriers can be left in this solution overnight and will be clean when the next shift begins.
It is a water-soluble, biodegradable cleaning agent, combining easy processing with high operator safety. Storage is simple as it is supplied as a concentrate.
