Text Automatic pick and place machine placeALL 600 from Fritsch has been enlarged with the introduction of the placeALL 600L(arge). This new machine comes with an extended placement area, so that even with four waffle trays, up to 66 additional feeders can be accommodated. The inline version offers room for up to 200 component feeders. When used in stand-alone mode, the machine accepts up to 284 different components, so that those most frequently used can be stored on the machine. All the well-established features, including one or two placement heads with realistic placement rates of up to 6000 components/hr, a dispensing system for fine pitch components, an integrated universal CAD converter, vision for lead and ball control, and the linking of a number of machines to achieve placement rates of up to 18000 components/hr are available as usual. The software assists users in production planning, warehouse management etc.
