The low-cost desktop-reflow oven Euroflow Series (distribution Hoang PVM) has already been proven in manufacturing environments, where the compact design and the reliable soldering results were huge benefits. The convection-based systems are capable of a broad range of applications, beginning with laboratory use up to mid-sized production lots. User friendly and easy operation, small footprint as well as low cost of ownership are the main advantages of the reflow furnace. The transport mechanism is based on a stainless steel belt conveyor. The soldering system maintains a maximum temperature of 270°C in the peak zone, and therefore it is claimed to be useful for processing lead-free solder paste. At the outlet section of the oven, the freshly soldered board assemblies will be cooled down by blowers. The machine is equipped with three thermo couples to assure a securely setting of the temperature profiles of different board designs.
