The Göpel SFX/USL1149-(x), the next member of the boundary-scan platform Scanflex, supports the serial high-speed interfaces USB2.0 and 10/100MBit ethernet, and is offered in three performance classes. The integration of both interface standards in one device enables users to cover changing demands due to portability or network-based multi user operations with one solution. The three different performance classes A, B and C differ in the upper TCK frequency limit (maximum of 20, 50 or 80MHz, respectively) as well as the implementation level of an enhanced chip set for high-performance scan operations. In contrast to conventional solutions, the integrated Fastscale technology allows an upgrade of the performance “on the fly”, without additional hardware. In combination with a wide range of modules, diverse and specific solutions can be configured, allowing an optimal adaptation even to highly complex test objects and nearly any integration environment.
