Asymtek’s DispenseMate 550 series is a benchtop unit offering advanced capability within a small footprint, ideally for batch operations including potting, gasketing, solder paste and adhesive dispensing. The machine features a precision motion system with closed-loop DC motors, control for pumps and valves, digital gages for fluid delivery and ease of setup and an optional vision system. The proven software package makes it easy for users to upgrade as needed, and provides the portability to develop programs off-line. CAD-data import and automatic pattern recognition are also available. The 555 model has a dispense area of 525 x 525mm (20.7 x 20.7-in), the version 553’s area is 325 x 325mm (12.8 x 12.8-in). The machine, configured with the DJ-9000 Dispense-Jet, supplies more than 20,000 dots per hour.
