The Extension Building of AEMtec GmbH, located in Berlin-Adlershof, commenced construction in July 2020 and has now been completed on schedule, despite the challenging Pandemic times. Accordingly, employees from Administration, Development and Production have moved into the new premises.

The relocation of the Machinery is proceeding to the outlined schedule and the first Production Processes in the new building have commenced. With the new Extension, AEMtec have now doubled their Office and Production space, and are thus able to meet increasing customer inquiries as well as the requirements for state-of-the-art technologies. AEMtec consistently invest in modern technologies and have steadily expanded its range of services. The new building comprises around 9,000 square meters, of which around 3,000 square meters are a Cleanroom environment.

Communication Corners for „short-range“ exchanges sit alongside a Multifunctional Room for company events and contribute to the positive working atmosphere.

As in the past, AEMtec attached great importance to sustainability. Consequently, environmentally friendly materials were adopted for the Extension Building and an internal Heat Recovery System was installed. AEMtec is striving for CO2 Neutrality and its corresponding Certification.

„In dynamic times such as these, entrepreneurs are called upon to respond flexibly and strategically to new developments and requirements,“ says Jan Trommershausen, Managing Director of AEMtec GmbH.
