Speedline MPM’s Excel stencil printer is built on the proven performance of the AP platform. It has a minimum base-cycle time of 6s. The SpeedMax feature provides triple-track staging capability on a single-track transport, reducing cycle time by 1 to 2s per board, resulting in throughput increase of up to 15%. For lines where a downstream piece of equipment is the bottleneck, the improvements gained from SpeedMax can be used for additional inspection of critical components, enabling improvements in yield. The Excel delivers reliability by utilizing the AP platform and by offering optional downtime-reducing features like a dual-cartridge paste dispenser. It comes standard with Windows NT for file storage and data transfer. An ergonomic machine design provides easy operator access for maintenance, and an optional board support offers faster and more repeatable product changeovers, particularly for double-sided boards.
