The thick film lacquers of the series Twin-Cure DSL 1600 E-Flz of Lackwerke Peters are known for their premium performance when exposed to mechanical, chemical and climatic stress. They achieve the best flame class V-0 per UL 94 and meet requirements of IPC-CC-830B. They are UV curing, solvent-free systems with a high transparency and yellowing resistance and are excellently suited for coating optical components, such as sensors or LEDs. By means of a secondary curing mechanism the ink also cures in shaded areas without the need for an additional tempering step. DSL 1600 E-Flz/500 is a medium-viscosity version for sharply-defined application FP 109- 0903 a flexible adjustment of the low-viscosity DSL 1600 E-FLZ/75 whose high elasticity makes for an outstanding TCT resistance.
