IFR has launched the multi-source generator 2026B capable of generating multiple Bluetooth and GSM carrier signals with one instrument. Reportedly, the system is ideal for blocking, selectivity and intermodulation tests. This 10kHz to 2.51GHz signal source can be fitted with either two or three frequency modules that can be brought together ontoa common combiner output,or routed to individual outputs. Each of the signal modules can be frequency and amplitude-coupled so that it is possible to perform common measurements, such as intermodulation or receiver selectivity, more quickly and accurately than using individual generators.
