The data matrix code ECC 200 offers very high information density, flexibility in size and inherent security. Labels not larger than 5 x 5mm contain a code of the symbol size 14 x 14 carrying 16 digits or 10 alphanumerics, including an error correction capacity which allows up to 25% of missing information to be recovered. This code can be read by the Omnitron 2D scanners MAC 319, 330 and 331, moving or in standstill situations.
