Weller has introduced the WMB 1000 rework system consisting of power unit, programmable process timer, positioning arm with integrated heating element, temperature sensor and vacuum nozzles. A sensitive temperature sensor built into the hot air nozzles supports the process control. The swing arm with built-in heating element and a slim-line soldering head ensures unhindered view of the circuit board by the operator. The available number of vacuum nozzles matches a large range of microBGA and SMDs. Soldering programs can be stored.
