The Martin company has increased its range of rework dispensers with the introduction of Dot-Liner-07, allowing for use of large 340ccm cartridges. Patented automatic adjustment of snuff back for media of watery consistency has also been added. By precisely measuring the pressure profile during dispensing, the cartridge fill level is established. As the vacuum is automatically adjusted to the fill level, there are no leaks when changing cartridges or in standby, nor are there inaccuracies. The heart of the precision is the advanced-time-pressure dispensing method, based on the cartridge air pressure sys-tem. The software packages Easy-Dispense and CamDesigner reduce the time needed for establishing sequences for automatic dispensers, and ensure precise results for pitches of 0.4mm and micro dots down to 0.18mm diameter. The robust positioning system and the dispensing head support reliability with provision for clean cartridge change and simple nozzle cleaning. The unit automatically dispenses test dots. The camera with double cross hairs, included with the equipment package, makes settings and adjustments very easy.
