Asymtek’s DV-8000 series pump is designed for high-speed dispensing of thick or compressible materials for lid-seal and dam applications, and is at least twice as fast as other systems using auger-pump technology. The pump has optimized fluid delivery and increased throughput byf using a fixed instead of a floating head, and a stiffened fluid path. This reduces compression effects, allowing for a higher flow rate. The pump also offers quick changeover of the removable cartridges. The pump is available for use exclusively on the following dispensing platforms: Axiom X-1020, Millennium M-2020/M-620 and the Century C-720 for semiconductor applications.
