Juki presents its Evolution program generation software for PCB data processing. It converts Gerber or native CAD data into fully optimized programs for production runs. The software quickly sorts, categorizes and matches raw information that is typically processed manually, with pertinent bill-of-materials and part numbers to be exported to placement machines, thereby decreasing machine downtime. All this enables process engineers to develop virtual factory models for their cells or lines. Centroid data is plotted in a universal window and so visualizes the board. With just one click, Pin and reference designators are chosen and packages types assigned, followed by placement optimization. Thereby, runs can be easily duplicated or placement programs be shifted to the most efficient lines.
