OK International will focus on future business activities that strengthen its position in the electronics and PCB assembly industries, as well as explore opportunities in other growth markets. To meet new goals, OK will be closing the offices of its Industries division in Mount Vernon/NY by March 2003. OK’s core business is the telecommunications industry, and the product line and service levels will be maintained while internal changes in logistics and procedures are made. The company will continue to serve the electronics, medical device, automotive and aerospace industries, as well as investigate other potential markets through their Metcal, Techcon, Semtronics and Impell divisions.
