High screen/stencil print quality is achieved with the Thieme CleanPrint, a system which removes and transfers excessive ink build-up in the stencil on intermediate paper. Remains can possibly create problems and make cleaning necessary. Since there is an intermediate paper print which is activated during loading and unload-ing, no additional time for screen cleaning is needed. For this, the 1000E screen-printer is equipped with a mechanism mounted at the back. The CleanPrint automatically feeds paper from a roll onto a separate print table. The paper print is launched through the control unit, where the number of intervals can be programmed. The operator can change all printer set-up parameters via the keyboard. The flood coater and squeegee travel parameters, squeegee and flood coater speed, squeegee pressure, off-contact, pre-vacuum dwell time setting, etc. are all programmable features. Thirty individual settings can be stored.
