With an effective range of 600mm, the ion gun model 251 from Meech has been designed for use in electronics production and cleanroom environments. Used in conjunction with model 232 pulsed DC controller, the blow-off ionizer gun is easy to use with a light trigger action to control both airflow and voltage supply. The use of this gun reduces the incidence of electro-static attraction (ESA), therefore avoiding contamination through unwant-ed particles attaching themselves to the product and causing faults such as bridg-ing and arcing.
