MarVision MS 662 is a universal laser measurement system suited for prototype, test and production environments in microelectronics. It takes 3D measurements of the mechanical properties of lead frames and other elements for immediate feedback of production problems. Large workpiece quantities are processed through automatic batch processing. The multi-sensor capability eliminates the need for additional instruments such as microscopes or projectors respectively, reportedly achieving an excellent price-performance ratio. Equipped with both sensors, the measuring range extends to 560, 610 and 200 mm, respectively for the X, Y and Z-axes. The continuous zoom function provides for fast magnification of details and is PC-controlled. Optical sensor is standard; laser sensor, touch probe and Z-step zoom are optional.
