Speedline offers a cost-efficient, high-mix stencil printer for moderate volumes. The MPM AccuFlex aims at assemblers that have to accommodate runs of 8,000 boards per week with two or more changeovers per shift. The machine handles boards from 3 x 2 to 23 x 20-in, consistently printing 12-mil (.3mm) pitch geometries. Cycle time can be further reduced by as much as five seconds with a high-performance option. A triple-track conveyor with 3-mm bottom-side clearance improves board flow and integration flexibility. Other options cover automatic board support pin placement and programmable stencil positioning to increase printer uptime. The AccuFlex also features an enhanced temperature control unit and the rheometric pump printhead.
