Dual-action jetting and dispensing of surface mount adhesive and solder paste on the benchtop DispenseMate D-585 system demonstrates an ideal solution for prototyping and R&D. Spectrum S-920N system offers dispensing solutions for microelectronics and enables customers to perform underfill in a smaller footprint for greater UPH (units per hour) per square meter. Configured with the new Fids-on-the-Fly option, which locates fiducials up to 5 times faster than the traditional method, the S-920 can increase UPH by as much as 35 percent.
