The enhanced 3M model 711 charge analyzer with its dimensions 6 x 6 x 6“ meets the requirements of ESD standard 3.1 and IEC technical report 613450-5-1. It has a static decay time measurement of 0.1 to 99.9s. The system includes two 11-digit LED bars that display separate positive and negative charge readings, as well as three spacers which support horizontal airflow measurements for air ionizer performance tests. The 711 can also be used as a voltmeter with an extended range of 25, 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000V. An external field sensor is included for making measurements in hard to reach loca-tions.
