Mid-sized and small companies are continualy confronted with the need to access experts and additional expertise, but normally haven´t got those resources available. Essemtec has opened an SMT competence center in its Swiss Aesch HQs, open for all existing and potential customers to enable transfer of technology to this industry. It is also open for technical seminars and hands-on training for operators of SMT equipment. In the support center, different systems are installed to cover almost all requirements in the area of midsize/small production needs, as well as prototyping.
