Datacon in Radfeld/Austria will implement a program of measures leading to a tighter and more efficient organization and thus reduce costs. As well as optimizations in the process and organizational structure, these measures also include a 10% cut in workforce (currently 450), affecting mainly the parent company. To reach the profit zone again, the group is aiming for an EBIT of approximately 10%. The planned revenues of the group in the coming year are expected to grow by around 15%, faster than the market, but still not back to the volume of the boom years.
