Press-fit, riveting or turn/torque processes are not only classified as good or bad, but also documented by the software DigiControl of Burster. It fulfills the requirement of 100% traceability in quality control. The data will be stored, and can be printed in part-related protocols or saved in files. Search engines will help locating protocols corresponding to the different units, model ID, part numbers, etc. For statistics, data can be exported to Excel or QS-Stat. A setup module allows configuring all settings conveniently. For example, control windows can be set in the tolerance range to a reference curve simply by using the mouse. The software offers also a backup function.
